Gabriel & Co. has announced that Elda Fistani, formerly with WD Lab Grown and Brooks Brothers, will become its vice president of retail.

In her new role, Fistani will be responsible for growing retail partnerships for the New York City–based wholesaler, to include top-tier chains and department stores. She will also devise revenue growth strategies, oversee sales, and lead the company’s efforts to optimize revenue streams.

Fistani most recently served as chief revenue officer for WD Lab Grown. Prior to WD, Sitani was chief revenue officer of Brooks Brothers’ jewelry division, Deconic. Before that, she was chief operating officer with Nomination Italy, where she led the fashion jewelry brand’s global expansion.
