Rahaminov Diamonds has appointed Charles Velasquez to the position of global sales associate.

Velasquez has previously held management positions at Van Cleef & Arpels and Bulgari in New York City. He most recently worked at Harry Winston in Los Angeles.

“After 15 years of service with world class jewelers, it is an honor to work under the direction of Amir Goldfiner and the talent of Tamara Rahaminov Goldfiner,” Velasquez said in a statement.
