Jamie Singleton (pictured) has been named president and chief consumer officer of Signet Jewelers, part of a larger executive reshuffle that involves leadership changes at Zales, Kay, Jared, Peoples, and Banter by Piercing Pagoda.

Gina Drosos remains Signet’s CEO.

Singleton, who has been with Signet since 2010, most recently served as president of Kay, Zales, and Canadian brand Peoples.

Her ascension has led to reshuffling at the top of Signet’s leading banners.

Bill Brace has been promoted to president of Kay Jewelers. Brace was previously president of Jared. Since taking over Jared in 2018, sales have grown 22%, Signet said.

Kecia Caffie has been promoted to president of Zales. She will also lead development of designer brand partnerships within Signet. Caffie had previously been president of Banter by Piercing Pagoda, where revenue grew 60% under her leadership, Signet said.

Amy Robinson is now president of Banter by Piercing Pagoda. Prior to coming to Signet, she was senior vice president and general merchandise manager for the Michaels Companies and executive vice president of innovation for Origami Owl, according to LinkedIn.

Claudia Cividino has been named president of Jared. Cividino was most recently CEO North America for Loro Piana, the clothing and handbag brand.

Stacee Johnson-Williams has been promoted to managing director of Peoples Jewellers and senior vice president, merchandise planning and inventory for Kay. Williams previously served as senior vice president for Kay, Zales, and Peoples. She will report to Brace.

Joan Hilson, who currently serves as chief strategy and financial officer, has added the role of chief services officer. She now has oversight for Signet’s service department, which includes repair, warranty services, and piercings, as well as subscription service Rocksbox. Signet has said that it hopes to grow services into a $1 billion business.

Lisa Walker will serve as president, jewelry services, while Allison Vigil will continue as president of Rocksbox.

In addition, Oded Edelman will expand his role as chief digital innovation officer and president for pure play banners, to include oversight of R2Net, James Allen, and Blue Nile.

Bill Luth has expanded his role as executive vice president of global store operations to include the Banter store and operations administration teams. Al Walizadeh, vice president of divisional operations for Banter, and Barry Gresky, vice president of operations administration and piercing services for Banter, will report to Luth.

Last year, Signet named Tony Rogers, the former chief marketing officer at Walmart U.S., as its chief marketing officer. Georg Leifheit has been serving as its vice president of global merchandise sourcing since 2021. Both will report to Singleton.
