At this point in the summer you’re one of two kinds of people: one fully enjoying and soaking of every bit of the season, no matter the temperature; or one who has maybe started planning their Halloween costume. Perhaps there are actually three types—the last being a bit of both.
If you’re a retailer it’s likely your mind is on the fall—if not the holiday season—at least when it comes to your store’s current stock.
In reality, if a particular gemstone has someone’s interest, it doesn’t so much matter the season because ideally a jewelry purchase is one worn no matter what time of year it is. Still, for store displays and to catch the eye of a customer in the mood, it makes sense to dabble in seasonal color palettes.
As we look ahead to (or yearn for) fall, Toktam’s Majestic Qajar ring is a gorgeous display of seasonal color. Its earthy tones speak to the way our wardrobes tend to gravitate, but there’s still enough color to start wearing right in this moment.
These hues aren’t specific to fall—blue and green is a massively important summertime color combination and steadfast year-round. But the cooling effect its white gold setting has when paired with a center tourmaline in a warm brownish shade looks like the first autumn chill in ring form. It’s cozy yet cool, colorful but grounded, and once you experience it you’ll want to bottle it up forever.
For those seeking an even warmer color combination, Toktam offers a version in rose gold with shades of purple and light blue—still a tourmaline and sapphires, both exhibiting their exquisite ranges (shown above).
No matter which ring one chooses, each is a statement that has scene-stealing qualities to last all year, for many years to come.
