Superfit, manufacturers of the CLIQ technology of custom-fit rings, has tapped industry manufacturing veteran Blane Soper (pictured) to head its production team.

Prior to joining Superfit, Soper served as director of manufacturing at Harry Winston. Before that, Soper was production manager for Kurt Gaum for almost a decade. He also spent more than 16 years as the technical manager for Princeton, N.J.–based Hamilton Jewelers.

At Superfit, Soper will help grow the CLIQ brand by increasing production capacity while maintaining the company’s standards.
