Natural wood, brass accessories, and, of course, artwork focused on diamonds: The newly opened Brilliant Earth showroom in Scottsdale, Ariz., highlights how this omnichannel company is showing its design chops with its retail locations.
The Arizona location is the 15th showroom for Brilliant Earth and its first in the state. It is located in Scottsdale Quarter, which Brilliant Earth describes as a premium shopping destination—and the company calls it an ideal partner in helping the brand connect with its clients in person.
The store’s exterior and interior design are both focused on creating connection with consumers, giving them an “elevated shopping experience,” Brilliant Earth said in a statement. The company said it hopes consumers see its devotion to providing ethically sourced bridal and fine jewelry in this space.
The new showroom also gives ample space to Brilliant Earth’s latest collections, the Solstice High Jewelry and Fairmined collections. These two collections are key because they speak to the company’s mission and desire to serve as a design leader in the jewelry industry, company officials said in a statement.
The space is unique as well because of its size, giving clients more browsing space to see Brilliant Earth’s work as well as several seating areas for consultations. Through this one-on-one consulting, clients can ask about Brilliant Earth’s diamonds, gemstone and ring-setting options, as well as ask any questions about its mission or ethical sourcing, the statement said.
“Scottsdale Quarter is exactly the type of space that Brilliant Earth wants to be part of,” Beth Gerstein, Brilliant Earth’s cofounder and CEO, said in a statement. “They have created an elevated shopping destination, complete with other like-minded brands and an open-air concept that ties the experience together. Scottsdale Quarter is the perfect balance of relaxed yet forward-thinking, which echoes our own brand identity.”
To celebrate, the company also said it has made a local donation to one of its favorite charity partners. Through the Brilliant Earth Foundation, the company selected the local Feeding America Chapter, St. Mary’s Food Bank, to honor the Scottsdale community. The Brilliant Earth Foundation over time has committed $1,000,000 to support key causes, including responsible sourcing, climate action, and social impact, the company said in a statement.
The Scottsdale Quarter showroom is the latest in Brilliant Earth’s brick-and-mortar expansion, joining showrooms in other key markets including: Austin, Texas; Atlanta; Boston; Chicago; Dallas; Denver; Los Angeles; New York; Philadelphia; Portland, Ore.; San Diego; San Francisco; Seattle; and Washington, D.C.
