JCK publisher Mark Smelzer has been elected as a member of The 24 Karat Club of the City of New York.
Smelzer joined JCK as publisher in 2004. He has also been the publisher of The Advocate and associate publisher of Variety.
“From the very first jewelry industry event I attended nearly 10 years ago, I felt embraced by this terrific industry and community,” Smelzer says. “Today was truly a pinnacle in that journey. I’m honored to have been included in such a great organization!”
Founded in 1902, the 24 Karat Club is considered the who’s who of the jewelry industry.
