Winners of the Women’s Jewelry Association’s 2014 Shining Star Awards, which recognize a member from each regional chapter for extraordinary service, will be honored on March 5. The fete will take place at the WJA In the Spotlight evening program, which takes place in New York City on the 44th floor of the Hearst Tower after the daylong annual In the Know educational conference that takes place earlier on the 3rd floor of the Hearst building.
The 2014 Shining Stars and their chapters are as follows:

Penny Ruston, retail sales, Midwest Chapter
Kathy Carey of Stebgo Metals in South St. Paul, Minn., Twin Cities Chapter
Billie Sutter, owner of Luxe Alliances in New York City, Metro New York Chapter
Keri Campbell, executive vice-president of marketing and sales at Armbrust International in Providence, R.I., New England Chapter
Andrea Li, owner of Andrea Li Designs, Colorado Chapter
Diane Flora, membership and education manager at the American Gem Trade Association, Southwest Chapter
